Will Portland’s Old Port be home to Maine’s tallest building?

Tim Soley, the president of East Brown Cow Management, says he has his sights set on constructing Maine's largest building in Portland's Old Port district in the next few years.

The residential building would stand at 23 stories — easily surpassing the 16-story Franklin Towers in Portland — which is the tallest inhabited building in Maine, according to the Bangor Daily News.
