East Brown Cow, in collaboration with ReVision Energy, completed this innovative 11-acre solar array in Sidney, Maine in 2024. The standalone parcel, known as Sunny Cow Solar Farm, consists of 4,928 solar panels, which will offset 3,182,639 pounds of carbon dioxide annually. The electricity generated by Sunny Cow Solar Farm flows directly into the grid, serving local consumers as a source of renewable energy. When combined with energy from other East Brown Cow solar arrays, the total represents an equivalent of 98% of the electricity consumed by our Portland portfolio annually.

Constructed between September 2023 and July 2024, Sunny Cow Solar Farm stands as one of the largest off-site, privately owned solar farms in Maine, reflecting East Brown Cow’s

commitment to environmental stewardship and sustainability. This project represents East Brown Cow’s sixth solar array and our fifth completed in partnership with ReVision Energy.
