East Brown Cow Implements New "RentPayment" Tool for Tenants

To provide our tenants with the convenience and security of making rent payments online, East Brown Cow will now be utilizing a new tool, “RentPayment". The ability to make rent payments online means that East Brown Cow tenants:

  • Can pay rent anytime, anywhere

  • Receive confirmation (and peace of mind) for rent payments instantly

  • No longer need to use paper checks, stamps and envelopes to make payments

  • Can choose to set up easy eCheck (ACH direct debit) payments

  • Will be less likely to incur fees for late payments

The East Brown Cow RentPayment tool will be active beginning on November 1, 2022. This week, East Brown Cow notified tenants of the RentPayment system and sent information for tenants to create an account. If you did not receive this email, please contact our office at info@eastbrowncow.com.
