East Brown Cow is pleased to announce the addition of Laurie Birmingham to the team as Property Accountant.
Birmingham is a graduate of Husson College, where she earned a degree in accounting. She brings with her over 30 years of experience in accounting and financial analysis, serving as a Financial Analyst, Finance Manager and Accountant in various industries, including technology, communications, and retail.
"We are excited to welcome Laurie to the team," said Stephen Nahley, COO and General Counsel at East Brown Cow. "Her breadth of experience will be a valuable asset to our organization as we continue to provide exceptional management services to our tenants across our diverse portfolio."
As Property Accountant, Birmingham will be responsible for managing day-to-day coordination of financial statements, accounts payable and receivable, budgeting, and forecasting for East Brown Cow’s portfolio of properties. She will work directly with tenants and in close coordination with the entire East Brown Cow team.
