During this time, existing tenants will not be able to submit work orders through a portal on the website. Instead, please call our main phone line, 207-775-2252, to submit a work order or emergency maintenance request.
Our office is open 8:30am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday. If you have a maintenance emergency after hours please call and leave a message in the emergency mailbox (Extension 8). This message will be delivered to the on-call maintenance technician who will respond to you. The emergency mailbox is always monitored.
