East Brown Cow expands design side by hiring project architect

East Brown Cow, a real estate investment, development and management firm in Portland, has appointed Michael Hutchins as project architect. Hutchins will support the firm’s development efforts and assist with the management of all East Brown Cow development projects, from conceptualization and planning to design, permitting and construction. He will also offer design guidance on a project-by-project basis and act as an in-house designer for smaller renovation and improvement projects, according to a news release.
