East Brown Cow is proud to introduce two new staff to the organization. Alan Campbell has joined as Maintenance Technician and Max Soley has taken on the role of Technology Specialist.

Alan Campbell joined the property management team this summer and will be serving many of the tenants in East Brown Cow’s portfolio across the Old Port. Alan grew up in Yarmouth and studied criminal justice. He moved into roles with the coast guard for a decade, working first in Maine, then on a ship in Seattle, followed by a role at a surf station in Oregon. For several years he was a Boatswain's Mate, a leadership role that combines law enforcement with saving lives. Most recently he worked in facilities maintenance for Cumberland County.
“I’m really happy to be part of East Brown Cow and have a real affinity for the historic buildings we manage,” said Alan. “There’s a real sense of stewardship here. It’s also a company where you can grow and hone your skills; a lot of the team have been here for years.”

Max Soley joined East Brown Cow earlier this summer taking on a new position of Technology Specialist. Max grew up in Cape Elizabeth and graduated from Wesleyan University in Connecticut earlier this year. He majored in astrophysics where he learned everything from galactic development and planetary science to tech skills such as programming, coding, and data analysis. At East Brown Cow he is assisting with everything from IT support to hardware and networking.
“I’m excited to be taking on this new role,” said Max. “I think there was a need at East Brown Cow for someone with my skillset and I’m really looking forward to supporting our team and partners across the organization.”
“We are thrilled to welcome Alan and Max to the team,” says Tim Soley, President & CEO of East Brown Cow. “Alan has a versatile background, from his time in the Coast Guard to his work with Cumberland County. We’re also grateful to have Max’s tech-forward mind as we continue to build new efficiencies in our tech stack across the organization.”
