Norman, Hanson & DeTroy renews 26,565 s/f lease at 220 Middle St. Portland, ME

According to East Brown Cow, Norman, Hanson & DeTroy has renewed its lease at 220 Middle St. It has signed a 15-year lease for its 26,565 s/f space, reaffirming the firm’s long-term commitment to downtown. Joe Malone of Malone Commercial Brokers represented the landlord and Drew Sigfridson of The Boulos Company represented the tenant.
