Maine-made ice cream company Stone Fox Creamery has launched a mobile scoop shop for the summer season at 46 Exchange St., which opens onto the four-block Old Port Square.
“(Stone Fox Creamery’s) commitment to local sourcing and craftsmanship aligns perfectly with our vision for Old Port Square as a place where people can discover some of the most talented makers and entrepreneurs in Maine,” said Jacob Soley, director of development at East Brown Cow, the real estate management firm developing Old Port Square. “We’re excited to have them become part of the neighborhood this summer.”
